To the Psomagen Clients:

During the past few weeks, the world has been massively impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are constantly aware of the updates and decisions that are happening with the coronavirus through the CDC, WHO, and local news channels.

While we are being cautious, we remain fully operational. We are open to all phone calls and emails during our normal business hours to receive questions and requests for quotations. We are also receiving samples and performing pick-ups. The sequencing processes are still taking place.

Some of the precautions we are taking are:

• Sample Receiving: Our sample receiving process has slightly changed to reflect more stringent precautions so that our staff will feel safer and no one is at risk. This significantly reduces person-to-person contact and possible outer contamination of the packages.

Due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation, we will continue to update our website and social media to inform you of our next steps. We appreciate you all as our clients and we encourage you to be cautious and safe.
