Marketing Coordinator
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Location: 1330 Piccard Drive, Rockville, MD 20850
Position Type: Full time (initial contract is 1 year as a probation period)

Position Summary: The marketing coordinator position will assist the marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads. This is an entry level marketing position looking for candidates who will:
- • Implement marketing directives and sales strategy to engage and develop relationships with potential and existing clients
- • Assist in developing product, pricing and advertising strategies by conducting various market research and customer survey
- • Track and report measures of success in the market
- • Execute new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in the biological sciences or business/communications
- • Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
- • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
- • Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
- • Moderate computer and software skills for basic data entry
- • Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
- • Strong presentation skills
